Inhale, Exhale

I really enjoy Pilates and think that it has a good place in my training program. Even if I just do a 20 minute DVD my core feels much taller and tighter when I finish. This morning I did a Pilates dvd in the morning. I still have trouble during the leg work. I can’t keep my core stable while I’m raising my legs forward and upward. I probably don’t help my core muscles by slouching at my desk all day while at work. Goal for the day: Sit up at work!
