Pyramid Running

We all know that I have a hard time on the proverbial ‘mill at the gym.  It does help for me to plan my runs in advance and psych myself up for the run.  Here we go for today.  I’m aiming for 5 miles or 8km.  The mill at my gym runs in km.  Here’s the plan.

1-Warm up, 9.5

2- 10.0

3-10.2

4-10.4

5-10.5

6-10.4

7-10.2

DONE!

Let’s see if I can do it!  I have a Fresh Air podcast to listen to during the run.
